Payment modes

Singapore buyers:

Cash, Bank transfer, credit cards (Visa/Master/American Express/Diners), Postal order or Cheque (must be cleared before mailing). Interest free installment plans available for UOB / May bank and Diners credit cards.

Reservation:
A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total order amount is required and payable by cash/bank transfer or paypal (less than $2000 limit applies). Reserved item is to be picked up or transaction to be completed within 5 working days unless prior agreement is sought from Designersxchange for extension.

Overseas buyers:

– Pay Pal (maximum amount accept is S$2000)
– bank transfer (Telegraphic transfer), Western Union Fund transfer
– international money order that can be drawn on and payable by a Singapore bank.

Reservation:
If you would like to purchase an item/s, Designersxchange requires a non-refundable deposit in order to hold the merchandise. The deposit is to be equal to 10% of your total order amount. The customer will then be emailed with fully detailed wire instructions that include the remainder of their balance due. Once a deposit is made, the customer has 7 business days to initiate the wire transfer and send us a copy of the wire receipt. Upon clearance of the full purchased amount, Item/s will be posted out within 48 working hours and online tracking will be provided via email.

Buying Policy:

All sale is final. Exchange is permitted within 24 hours after purchase in its original purchased condition. We do not accept buyer’s remorse as reason for item’s return.

For reservation, deposit is non-returnable for incomplete transaction. We allow switching of item reserved within 3 working days from date of reservation.
